Job Description
- Monitor, analyze and improve the machine's performance & efficiency vs. the planned targets among the Automation KPI’s Dashboard.
- Ensure reliable factory software backup.
- Determine all the critical spare parts and ensure the availability in stock.
- Monitor and control the stock balance of Automation spare parts by depending on the store data, perform yearly spare parts plan.
- Establish skills matrix for the automation team and determine the staff training needs.
- Participate in the execution for the annual preventive maintenance plan, if needed.
- Responsible for installations and new modifications/upgrades.
- Participate in the OPEX annual plan with the Automation Manager.
- Follow the principles and concepts of GMP inside the Automation department.
Job Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. of Engineering / Majored in Electrical & Control / Communications / Mechatronics.
- Prior Work Experience: 5-7 years experience.
- Language Proficiency: Very good command in English Language.
Skills:
- Experience in PLC (Siemens S7 400) / SCADA / WONDERWARE.
- Strong knowledge of electronics & electrical systems and Automation in General (Classic Control, Automated System)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and commitments.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Good skills in Internet exploring and the online researches.
- Very good communication & presentation skills.
- Problem solving techniques.
