Job Description
- Lead the troubleshooting of the Mechanical and Electrical malfunctions of processing and filling lines over the shifts to cover 24 hours production time.
- Assign the technical tasks for all the team members to achieve the Maintenance KPI’s.
- Follow up on action plans and coach the maintenance team to full fill the requirements the production and quality needs.
- Coordinate with all parties including manufacturing, quality, safety and food safety in all tasks.
- Provide the line manager with the required budget for all maintenance activities.
- Plan and follow up on the adherence level of all Preventive maintenance activities in addition to the follow up on spare parts requirements with procurement team.
- Review all the spare parts types and their stock balance with store team to secure maintenance activities over the year.
- Responsible for the technical training of all maintenance team members to level up their competency.
- Report the daily achievements to the line manager through organized reports and daily /weekly meetings.
- Respond to the calls related to the site activates during night shifts and day offs and show on site in case of need.
- Work jointly with Projects team to approve the designs of new systems and modifications.
- Work on delivering the departments KPI’s related to Lines efficiency, Equipment uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and energy saving actions.
Job Requirements
- Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Prior Work Experience: 7-10 years of experience with 5-7 years’ experience in the maintenance procedures of all ranges of processing equipment manufactured by GEA /Tetra Pak.
- Skills: PC skills (MS office package)
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English Language
- Preferable Knowledge: UHT Plants, Pasteurization Equipment, CIP Lines, Separators, and Filling Lines (Aseptic Carton Packaging and Aseptic PET).
