Job Description

  • Assume full ownership for international and domestic project implementations
  • Manage all internal processes and resources to drive project development and implementation for client start-ups.
  • Build startup project plan for implementation: develop methodology, identify key resources.
  • Estimates time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement project.
  • Build project team: involve all appropriate resources and serve as abridge between Microtech operations/management and client.
  • Drive project plan: proactively manage and troubleshoot issues and initiatives.
  • Perform process mapping, and gap analysis.
  • Coordinate all internal functions (compensation, accounting, billing, etc.) to put implementation plan into place.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly status reports on all project activities and issues.
  • Maintain continuous dialogue and interaction with all functional areas and insure accurate and timely communication with all involved parties.
  • Maintain constant, ongoing, proactive communication with client to insure startup success
  • Identify training needs and develop plan for delivery.
  • Manage file transition process.
  • Create Service Delivery Guide.
  • Guide Change Management process.
  • Act as a liaison on behalf of client to Microtech to address issues.
  • Evaluate the risk of each client relationship and their business practices while managing, evaluating, and working with various departments.
  • Provide on-site support to the client when necessary to aid in training, planning, and relationship building. Face-to-face contact during on-site visits, conferences, correspondence on a daily basis, and training.

Job Requirements

  • Previous management experience in international operations and/or international account management required
  • Experience in process mapping and service delivery design required
  • Change Management development experience preferred
  • Ideally the candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in consulting services, enterprise system implementation and project management.
  • Work effectively with all levels of management
  • Capability to manage clients and lead implementation projects working with everyone from tops executives to analysts (personality and presence).
  • Strong domain expertise (ability to work with clients to recommend best processes and practices Forecasting, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Strategic Planning.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with systems integration, enterprise technology, and software implementation.
  • Familiarity and understanding of SQL (stored procedures), XML and related technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills (ability to create functional specifications based on client requirements, ability to create and present in front of groups, ability to communicate with client).
  • In depth knowledge around systems integration, demand management, supply chain operation and planning experience to lead customer implementations.
  • Can work with all levels from staff to senior executives as well as end users, internal system engineers and developers through the implementation and design process.
  • Candidate will own the customer from beginning to end, including, scope definition and management, statement of work creation, project management, process design and best practices analysis, configuration and documentation of all customer requirements and integration.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to handle multiple complex relationship/projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years experience in project or client focused international environment required.
