Job Description

  • Assist the customer for the hotel reservation through the website or the mobile application.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Manage the outbound calls for the customer after receiving the customer inquire and issue form the customer service department with a service level 15 minute after receiving the customer case.
  • Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Follow up with the customer until the agent reach to final problem solution.
  • Follow up with the customer to pay the full needed amount of the hotel reservation by maximum before the hosting by 7days, 3days and 24 hours after filtering the reservation record by the support team.
  • Support the customers’ inquires and troubles via mail.
  • Confirm with the customer for receiving the payment receipt after the payment and confirmation process.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree
  • Years of Experience: Call Center background not less than 3 months.
  • Hotels Background
  • Very Good English
  • Maximum age 29 years
  • Males only
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer Oriented and ability to adapt with different culture and characters.
  • Sales skills.
