Job Description
- Responsible for providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Answers queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve technical problems.
- Serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance
- Provides accurate information on IT services.
- Responds to employee’s queries either in person, over the phone or by performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Maintains daily performance of computer systems.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur and their resolution in logs.
- Walks the employee through the problem-solving process.
Job Requirements
- 1- 2 years of experience.
- Experience in software, databases, remote control techniques and computer spare parts
- MCSA / CCNA is preferred
- BCS Information Technology/Computer Science is preferred
- Very Good in English.
- Excellent communication skills.
