Job Description
- Recording of Revenues and Expenses
- Issue invoices & delivery of invoices to customers
- Collection of Payments from customers and deposit of checks in company's bank account
- Prepare monthly salaries report and payment of salaries to employees.
- Prepare monthly VAT report, Employment Taxes report, Social Insurance and payments at respective authorities
- Prepare quarterly subtract and add tax report and payment at tax authority
- Filing of all financial documents
- Prepare employees contracts and keep track of vacations balances.
- Payment of company expenses.
- Office Administration
- Recording daily attendance for employees
