Job Description
- Interact and communicate with suppliers on a timely basis to resolve transactional issues and gather critical information invoices and tracking information
- Receive and resolve invoice price and terms discrepancies to enable order processing
- Track order acknowledgement, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports
- Ensure that the orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts
- Contribute to consolidation, reduction, and rationalization of the local supplier base
- Purchase air conditioners and/or air conditioner controller units and spare parts Purchase needed generators and/or generator controller parts, generator engines and filters
- Procure and import raw materials, spare parts, and tools for Alkan Construction
- Ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the approved work program Key Results Areas

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain or equivalent
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledge in Logistics Procedures
