Job Description
- Participate in design, implementation and maintenance of the enterprise server-computing environment (cloud and on-premises) including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, optimization, capacity management and disaster recovery / business continuity planning.
- Lead the planning & deployment of enterprise server security and vulnerability management processes
- Identify & implement automation opportunities and improvements within existing server and storage environments and operations
- Investigate and establish server administration standards serving as the technical expert of server back-ups, recovery, security, monitoring standards, storage administration, batch processing and virtualization
- Ensure server environments meet proper performance, security and capacity standards. This includes effective backup strategies, disaster recovery and patching
- Facilitate knowledge sharing by creating and maintaining detailed, comprehensive documentation and diagrams
- Mentor junior members of the enterprise server team as needed

- Maintain an expert level of knowledge in area of expertise by maintaining certifications, attending seminars or through other related activities
- Respond quickly and effectively to production issues and take responsibility for seeing those issues through to resolution
- Engage with IT external partners to ensure SLAs are met and company processes and policies are adhered to
- Clearly articulate requirements, issues, project status, etc. to non-technical management personnel
- Maintain and manage contractual licensing and maintenance agreements
- Performed technical, product familiarization to transfer knowledge to team members.
- Troubleshooting & facilitating the Infrastructure and connectivity issues remotely such as Active Directory, GP, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, WDS,
- Responsible for monitoring backup process by Windows Server Backup Tool
- Provide training on our company system for all new users.
- Prepare maintenance plan for all servers and monitoring its implementation.
- Participating in the migration project for all platforms Server 2008R2, to Server 2012.
- Assist on Installation of all corporate IS software’s and applications.
- Designing, Configuring and maintaining Active Directory Services on Windows domain controllers.
- Configuration of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
Job Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience
- MCSA is must
- MCSE Preferred
