Job Description
- Develop procedures to ensure that Quality System documents are originated, changed, reviewed, distributed, archived, and periodically reviewed using systems that are efficient and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintains systems that effectively archive and retrieve quality records assigned to the Document Control, including external standards, technical reports, etc.
- Prepare periodic summaries of documents and record control activities, including the analysis of the types of changed documents, change order cycle times.
- Follow up and prepare Exportation registration requirements (certificates and/or method of analysis).
- Prepare schedule, organize and follow up the implement action of the internal audit plan for ISO 9001
- Conducting regular internal audit for different departments as per the approved annual audit plan.
- Follow-up internal audit findings to assure the implementation of corrective actions taken.
- Preparing the exportation registration requirements (samples, certificates, specifications, methods of analysis, and letters) for the exportation department.
- Following up on the products reference samples storage and destruction time.
- Organize and coordinate with the external audit authorization to proceed and follow surveillance and re-certification audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferable that relevant to quality Assurance.
- 3:5 years solid work experience at least as QA Document control.
- High level of communication skills
- Excellent excel user
- Excellent English language.
- Task oriented
