As we continue to grow and strive for way to better serve our customers, we have recently launched our one stop shop for businesses, Office Express.
Role Summary
- We are actively looking for a FC Area Manager, with a solid experience in a fast paced environment to help us grow our store and operations.
- Managing the full operations end to end (inventory management, inbound/outbound processes, order fulfillment, liaising with 3PL and management/development of staff)
- Inventory management: ensure correct processes, policies and proper execution of inventory management (stock-in and stock-out), devising a aisle/shelf/rack system for streamlined order picking and stock receiving.
- Inbound/Outbound: ensure efficient and correct inbound such as efficient receiving from suppliers and shelving of inventory as well as a proper outbound process such as picking up the correct item/quantity & proper management of staff.
- Liaising with 3PL: working with 3P logistics for a streamlined order fulfillment while putting potential losses of merchandise into consideration.
- Expense Control: Identify potential opportunities to reduce expenses with same operational efficiency.
- Managing Productivity, work standards, and development of store staff.
- Ensuring continuous improvement of current performance vs. accepted standard/best practices at the store (i.e. stock level, productivity, service level).
- Controlling and ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, etc. in warehouse are used and maintained properly.
- Developing action plans with the department manager to address weak areas in need of improvement.
- Instituting training and developmental programs for staff and monitoring effective implementation.
