Job Description
- Creating building designs and highly detailed 2D/3D drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
- Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
- Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, etc.
- Act as a project, team management and attending client meetings.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of architecture, architectural principles, and techniques.
- Knowledge of types of building materials and construction methods.
- Excellent design skills, drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design CAD/BIM software (Archicad/ Revit and 3D Modelling / Rendering software).
- Knowledge of structural, mechanical and electrical engineering relating to building costs.
- Skills in Architecture and interior design, drafting architectural plans, shop drawings.
- Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
- High levels of creativity, imagination, and vision.
- Minimum Experience in field 2 years
