Main Duties:
- Shift based job (Alex Office)
- Respond to customers inquires/requests on time
- Following received tasks till the job accomplished
- Following the run of all activities related to Trucking Operations in his area
- Follow up with trucks and dispatchers to ensure orders fulfillment
- Assisting achieving the best utilization rates /Truck/Operation Order and working on getting the full engagement business opportunities for trucks
- Improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of the company procedures and processes
Job Requirements
- Experience in the field of Freight Forwarding or Transportation is a MUST
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years experience in the same field
- Strong computer skills
- Customer service oriented
- Well organized.Negotiation skills
- Dynamic and self-motivated individual
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English
