Job Description

Guinness World Records’ Official Partner in Egypt (B Premium S.A.E), requires for its new team a Commercial & Sponsorship Manager for immediate hiring.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Commercial Sales revenue in assigned territory.
  • Achieve Company and individual targets and objectives.
  • Develop Commercial Sponsorship strategy and plan to achieve it.
  • Create Sponsorship packages and proposals .
  • Identify Sponsors for the events and activation.
  • On a daily basis review and qualify territory leads from all available sources.
  • Research leads and clients to clearly establish needs and sales potential.
  • Design and create creative and innovative ideas (with the support teams in Dubai & London) that relate to the clients and propose it to them.As directed by Manager, organised joint or solo meetings/follow up calls with clients.
  • Respond to client queries and requests fully, clearly and in a timely manner and clearly document lead progression.
  • Liaise with potential customers, process documentation, contracts and Record information from first contact to post event account management.
  • Build and develop long lasting relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining sales and client information, analyzing information on an ongoing basis and reporting on KPI’s.
  • Attend and actively contribute to all relevant internal meetings and regularly report on progress from assigned territory.
  • You will work well in a fast paced environment and be a great team player with a concern for quality, while possessing high standards and competencies.
  • You will brainstorm with Teams abroad to propose ideas and packages for our partners, clients and third party brands you define and approach.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years experience within Business Development in advertising sales / or Events Sponsorship acquisition role in Egypt is required, besides experience or knowledge in Account Management.
  • Experience working with agencies.
  • Experience of selling creative services and sponsorship (along with trademark and licensing would be ideal).
  • The ideal candidate will be creative, committed, target oriented with Network of contacts to get Sponsors, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • You are an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with an outgoing, charismatic and approachable character.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (Additional languages are benefit).
  • Is experienced in customer service, with the general public and business to business.
  • And able to liaise with clients from all backgrounds.
  • Is outspoken, articulate and has had experience or training to deal with clients.
  • Can communicate effectively to anyone, in any environment and is flexible to accept frequent changes and unexpected circumstances.
  • CRM experience.
  • Tenacious and ambitious.
  • Articulate, organised and professional.
  • Team player who can work independently and proactively.
  • Target driven.
  • Enjoys the responsibility of working autonomously.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and proposal writing.
  • Cultural sensitivity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Maximum age 35
