Job Description

  • Prepare invoices to be send to customer
  • Request freight quotes
  • Calculate shipping / handling charges based on products ordered
  • Issue POs and send to supplier 
  • Communicate order updates to customers (product availability and estimated delivery dates)
  • Schedule shipments based on customer needs and supplier conditions
  • Determine and prepare/obtain the shipping documents needed
  • Schedule shipments based on customer needs and supplier conditions
  • Communicate shipping instructions to freight forwarder
  • Track incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors’ degree
  • Work experience minimum: 2-3 years

Additional Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and verbal English; knowledge of Arabic language desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of stock-taking and warehouse inventory.
  • Demonstrates acute attention to detail
