Job Description
- Prepare invoices to be send to customer
- Request freight quotes
- Calculate shipping / handling charges based on products ordered
- Issue POs and send to supplier
- Communicate order updates to customers (product availability and estimated delivery dates)
- Schedule shipments based on customer needs and supplier conditions
- Determine and prepare/obtain the shipping documents needed
- Schedule shipments based on customer needs and supplier conditions
- Communicate shipping instructions to freight forwarder
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments
- Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors’ degree
- Work experience minimum: 2-3 years
Additional Qualifications:
- Fluent in written and verbal English; knowledge of Arabic language desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of stock-taking and warehouse inventory.
- Demonstrates acute attention to detail
