Job Description
- Prepare quotations for Aluminium using different profiles for windows/doors/fly-screens/curtain walls/cladding according to customers' requirements.
- Calculate all the required structure tests according to the technical datasheets for the user profiles in different applications.
- Responsible to prepare BOM for approved quotations and communicate it with the supply chain team to be ordered with enough lead time.
- Calculate the cost for quotations according to the required materials, overheads, labor,...etc.
- Prepare shop drawings for production processes.
- Responsible to prepare and finalize all required documents/approvals/tests by consultants in projects.
- Prepare various Quantity Surveying documents including budgetary estimates from sketch drawings, Bill of Quantities for all disciplines, and Costs Estimates.
- Liaise with Project Directors and attend Tender procedures and prepare Tender Reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Architecture Engineering.
- AutoCAD proficiency.
- Very good command of English.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
- Willing to work in the head office or any site.
