Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners to generate new business to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.
- Act as trusted advisor to partner providing, either directly or indirectly, best guidance on how to maximize use of Silicon21 Infra structure solutions to achieve current and future strategic goals.
- Act as the point of contact to ensure all partner’s needs are met quickly and professionally and all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Leads all aspects of the sales process, to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management.
- Perform Marketing activities and coordinate with sales support & marketing team to prepare seminars, exhibitions and trainings as required
- Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management; ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree with 3+ years of experience
- Preferred experience as a sales account manager or sales account executive preferably in the Infra-Structure and Computer Network industry.
- Hands on experience in sales in similar distributor environment and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience is preferred
- Active, energetic and passionate to exceed revenue target by developing and nurture retail partners’ network
- Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization, and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.
