Job Description
- Understand company Information security offerings.
- Communicating with customers and mapping their business and technical requirements into technical solution designs.
- Conducting Hands-on POCs and Demos.
- Develop and present relevant business proposals. And provide response to RFP/RFI/RFQs.
- Preparing technical presentations for company information network &security offerings.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education for sales team.
- Communicate technical points to others at the technical, user and management levels.
- Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers & technology partners.
- Attain and maintain technical certifications with our major technology partners.
- Keep track of market intelligence in the industry with respect to market development, projects, competitive activity, customers etc.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
- Building an internal LAB for remote Demos and live demonstration of our information security offerings.
- Assist in planning Prospects’ networking and e-security goals and objectives
- Lead and coach other team members on assignment basis to outperform according to KPIs
- Administrating the company network and systems when requested.
- Acquiring the knowledge & implementing new networking or e-security solution for the company as/when requested.
- Handle network projects and supervise infrastructure team and finalize network documentations
- Follow the internal policy of the company.
- Be a team player and communicate and cooperate with the team smoothly.
- Work always on enhancing technical skills, suggesting & following training
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of security solutions & networking
- Ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of a technical solution.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.
- Experience with major vendors Cisco, Sophos, FortiGate… etc
