Job Description
- Installing and maintaining, configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners, UPS.
- Manage PC setup and the deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
- Backing up systems and databases according to the schedule set by the IT Department.
- support and resolve problems for the employees.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Making daily follow-up reports (systems - internal networks and external branches)
- Assisting in the department's procurement and searching for suitable offers
Advanced Skills (optional)
- Installing, configuring and maintaining surveillance systems
- Prefer to have Odoo and ERP system background.
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Help desk experience.
- BSC in computer science or Information Systems or relevant field
- Technical reporting skills.
- +3 years of experience as an IT help-desk.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
