Drive the business requirements process with the business stakeholders into a product backlog.
Assist the project manager in the assignment of the requirements to project plan phases
Consult business stakeholders on the best practices throughout the requirements formulation process.
Identify and analyze business requirements for small/mid-size/moderately complex projects
Gather and document business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications to aid in the development of new business products, solutions or processes.
Define objectives based on user needs and/or an understanding of business rules.
Assist with developing an effective work plan to meet project and stakeholder needs.
Validate and verify that the deployed solution meets the business need.
Identifies all applicable stakeholders and determine stakeholder influence and relationship needs
Work on a coming-of-age Payment Platform and take it to a futuristic level beyond competition.
Work very closely with payment providers ranging from Mobile Operators, Mobile Wallets, and Credit Cards to scope and advise solutions needed to provide an advanced and diverse payment solutions to end-users.
Work hand-in-glove with the development team by providing detailed requirements and sequence diagrams.
Own the communication with all technical stakeholders, internal & external.
Provide technical consultation to internal teams ranging from product, marketing, operations & commercial.
