Job Description
- Provides leadership to develop & validate trials for the production of cosmetics dosage forms in support of the company research objectives and ensure timely preparation that support the product registration process and launch onto the market.
- Performs planned projects assigned to his/her division and communicates plan key elements, initiatives, operating procedures and action plan to team members of his/her division, shares in reviewing and analyzing all results presented by members of his/her team, reports all developments, progresses and constraints to R&D Manager, responsible for actively training and helping newly recruited team members to learn all relevant activities. Performs according to deadline requirement for fulfillment of target and achievement of objective(s).

Job Requirements
- Education: BSc. in Pharmacy with graduation grade Good and above with a post-graduate studies
- Language: Excellent English Language proficiency.
- Computer: Excellent Computer skills proficiency.
- Years of Experience: From 5-7 years of experience within the area of Cosmetics /Pharmaceutical research development.
