Job Description
- Responsible for the site HR Database, Time and Attendance system and subsequent absence management, liaising with Managers.
- Follow up on work force plan and shift pattern for operation
- Track the onboarding process for distribution for new hired
- Implement the induction and orientation for the new hired staff
- Follow up on the rehire and internal vacations
- Responsible for the recruitments outside events
