Job Description
In the Factory
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our company expectations.
- Set specific targets and timelines to achieve production goals, tracking results, providing feedback, and taking corrective actions as appropriate.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping.
- Make sure factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
- Create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Analyze production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Prepare production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
- Regular inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

- Share a trusting relationship with work group and manage and develop plant staff.
- Motivate factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
- Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Ensure all employees comply with regulatory and company requirements for personal and facility safety.
Job Requirements
- Background production or quality.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Factory Manager, with more than 15 years of overall experience.
- Proven experience in food and beverage field.
- Maximum age is 40 years old
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams
- Flexible and able to work in fast paced and varying environments.
