Job Description
- Preparing shop drawing of Aluminum Facade works, glazing works, estimation and pricing
- Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
- Prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
- Preparation technical catalogs/ brochures.
- Review and process construction for project design submittal and ensure forms as per existing standards
- Provide assistance to project manager and supervise office engineering construction.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
- Follow up the time schedule agreed for the design development and shop drawings with Subcontractors.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Applied Arts or Engineering - Construction/Civil/Architecture
- Experience in Aluminum Facade works 3-5 Years
