Job Description
- Plan and maintain the technical, logical configuration of IP phone system technologies.
- Configure IP Phones, assign phone extensions, and call access and licensing.
- Manage and troubleshoot call center software system.
- Change and update IVR System, contact groups and call forward.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge and experience with Cisco Call Manager or Avaya Communications Manager Software or ININ CIC.
- Good knowledge and experience with Cisco or Avaya Media Server Platforms or Media Server.
- Good knowledge of SIP Protocol, SIP Trunk, VoIP and Voice Gateway.
- Good knowledge of Call center ACD experience and Inbound and Outbound call routing and dial plans.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Avaya Certified Specialist (ACS); Or Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
