Job Description
- Organize and control efficiently operations at the production floor.
- Ensure that the required quantities and quality of products is produced .
- Develop staff through training, instructions and coaching.
- Maintain a high level of safety (personal safety, food safety, equipment safety, environmental safety) and discipline in the plant.
- Promote general Safety and Food Safety culture.
- Enable effective communications between management and operators .
- Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas .
