Job Description
- Material Procurement follows up to comply with time schedule requirements& within the approved Budget.
- Reviewing the CRVOs and compliance of documents.
- Initiate Purchasing requisitions after check availability and budget.
- Revise Final IPCs submitted by the consultant and attached documents compliance.
- Initiate the PO related to the invoices submitted.
- Budgeting, preparing expected cash flow allover projects period.
- Handling Technical Correspondence, change orders, claim submittals & Subcontractors monthly payments review.
- Attending progressive meetings & reporting the minutes of meeting with the main parties to follow the procedures.
- Track actual costs versus budgeted costs, recommend cost reduction and control measures.
- Recording any actual cost regarding the running projects.
- Updating CRVOs log, QS log, IPCs log.
- Prepare monthly Reports regarding Cost indices for the Budget trades.
- Highlighting deficit at Budget zones
- Preparing Budget request
- Preparing Cost Break down.
- Updating department’s prices data base.
- Revise cash flow submitted plans.
- Revise submitted offers by contractors / suppliers (financial & technical).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil / Arch Engineering
- 3 - 5 Years of experience
- High analytical and negotiation skills are a must
- Good common of English language.
- Familiar with Egyptian market norm at construction industry.
- Experience in (Cost Control) /Tendering/Procurement (CC is preferred)
- Knowledge in Auto Cad 2D, office, PDF, Primavera P6, Outlook and microsoft excel
- Experience in cost control & procurement is a must.
- Technical office Background is preferable.
- Knowing of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Hospitality & Residential Background is preferrable.
- Detailed oriented.
