Job Description

Job Summary

The incumbent of the position is responsible and accountable for the smooth running of FMF-E IT infrastructure in addition to ensuring the adequate technical support is provided by IT support team to our staff in head office and the branches.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure IT systems (CM&B, MELD, attendance, leaves, storage server, external hard disks, security cameras, DVR, etc.) in head office & the branches to are up & running
  • Ensure preparation of the monthly operations reports, dashboards, regulatory reports, in addition to any customized or ad-hoc reports based on data stored in the IT systems (CM&B, MELD, etc.) are done on time with an acceptable quality level
  • Manage research & procurement related tasks requested from IT support team to ensure they are done on time
  • Manage conducted trainings and/or provide training and technical guidance to new IT support officers who joins FMF-E
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate FMF-E IT infrastructure and participate in setting the IT strategy for the IT department
  • Participate in setting the annual budget of the IT department and ensure cost effectiveness

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in implementing & supporting IT infrastructure and systems.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology or any related study.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Strong knowledge in data centre management and data governance
  • Excellent knowledge in windows operation system, LAN & WAN
  • Ability to identify, define and deal with IT & IS related problems and incidents and solve them in a due manner Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge with hands on experience in IT security
  • Experience in Data Modelling, Database design and well versed with SQL Server best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a geographically dispersed group of business users, developers, project managers, development managers, as well as senior technical leaders in a fluid environment to deliver high quality applications on time, to specification and within budget
  • Hands-on with API development integration
