Job Description

  • Conduct research using various tools to meet the needs of the school;
  • Create ads for job offers and internships;
  • Post internship and job advertisements on multiple sites and ensure that they are renewed and updated according to the hiring needs;
  • Make telephone interviews to filter the candidates before physical interviews. (In collaboration with the consultant responsible for recruiting department);
  • Set up and coordinate the recruitment day and ensure the smooth running of the day.
  • Ensure the appointment of candidates.
  • Create the recruitment guide.
  • Create job descriptions.
  • Register meetings summary.
  • Classification of files according to different criteria.
  • Enter data for annual physical interviews on Excel.
  • Writing and preparing various supports (ppt, calendar, ...
  • Make a synthetic monthly report of the human resources activity (hiring, exit interview and graphic analysis, ...)
  • Assist the administrative director in her daily tasks (sending mails, managing the schedule, updating files, ...)

Job Requirements

  • French Speaker is a must
