Job Description
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule as measured by company monthly sales report
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Responsible to provide the customer the necessary company approved information
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with required reports on customer needs, and competitive activities
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Improve customer experience as measured by customer feed
- Develop sales procedures
Job Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Active and highly motivated person.
- Ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to the audience needs
