Job Description
Customer Service Agents for one of our international and well-known client, operating in the information and communication technology field.
Recommended minimum one year experience considering immediately start
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Offering the company services upon detailed marketing orientation
- Receiving customers’ requests
- Respond to customer inquiries through (tickets - online chat - call center)
- Registering and activating the customers’ orders
- Receiving the full deposit information and make sure of that from the customer and transferred to the billing department
- Following-up with the customer regarding his account and services
- Committing to decent manner and self-management in responding to the customers
Job Requirements
Technical Skills (Must have)
- General experience with the company services such as domains, all types of hosting and SSL certificates
- Dealing with forums, some famous scripts and content management programs
- Dealing with HTML and CSS
- Experience dealing with cPanel
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Advanced internet
- Fast typing
Technical Skills (Nice to have)
- Good command of PC/spreadsheet applications
