Job Description
- Planning the material for the incoming orders.
- Creating and updating bills of materials and routings of the incoming orders.
- Planning the production by taking the deadlines, occupancy rates of the work units, and lead times of raw materials and materials into account.
- Issuing the Production Cards in accordance with this planning and delivering to the relevant plant managements after making the necessary controls and receiving the approval.
- In case of any disruption occurs in the production for any reasons and there are shifts of deadlines as a result, reporting such situations to the Sales and Marketing Managements.
- Ensuring the regular basis filing and accessibility of the documentation related with the production and to be kept by MPS.
- Reporting any production-related downtime and abnormal deviations in the usage of raw materials and materials to the MPS
- Checking the performance of the works ordered for production. In this sense, checking whether the production cards are delivered regularly to the MPS Department.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Production Engineering or/Mechanical.
- 1-3 years of experience in Logistics, stock control and dispatch fields
- Excellent use of English
- Excellent use of MS programs
- Analytical and strategical thinker
- Experience in using SAP system
