Job Description:
- The sales manager is responsible for a group of 3-6 sales staff and their overall performance.
- Suggest and assist in identifying, setting up sales strategy.
- Set up sales plan to achieve sales target required by the company.
- Support, monitor and motivate staff members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target achieved on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis.
- Coordinate with HR department in solving HR issues including discipline compliance, work attitude, etc.
- Monthly, Quarterly and Annual update report on competitors, business operations.
- Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level.
- Immediate reporting of important operational issues to direct senior level and propose solutions where possible.
- Handling of key accounts & prospects.
- Request other job functions to improve service for the purpose to improve customer satisfaction justifiably.
- Submits regular data analyses reports on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.

- Participate in job interview of applicants and contribute in making decision to take in successful candidates.

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities
- Supervise daily work of sales staff.
- Staff performance appraisal and propose staff dismissal when applicable.
- Request additional staffing and other resources to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Propose; assign sales target and jobs responsibilities for each staff member.
