Job Description
- Prepares all the monthly Financial Closing packages.
- Prepares the initial monthly breakdowns of Revenues, Expenses, Other Income, Sales volume and Production volume in comparison to Master & Flexible Budgets.
- Reviews the recorded figures on the system before preparing the packages to get the most accurate data before presenting the results to top Management.
- Recommends corrective adjustments for errors or missing data at accounting allocations & follow up at next closing.
- Provides Ad-hoc reports that involve further Cause & Effect analysis according to the case.
- Supports preparation of business management reports with the required charts or graphs for presentations.
- Tabulates statistical data for miscellaneous reports.
- Responsible for delivering the closing packages to each profit center controller & meet their initial inquiries.
- Maintains a full Historical Trend set of reports per company (i.e. Balance sheets, Income Statements, Expenses Breakdowns, Sales Breakdowns & Financial Ratios).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting- English Section
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in cost accounting in industrial sector or at one of the big 4 Auditing firms.
- Very good user of Microsoft office applications
- Excellent user of Excel
- Familiarity with ERP system preferably SAP
