Job Description

  • Receiving customers incoming calls to manage customers inquiries (Working hours & showroom locations) and generate sales leads to the nearest showroom.
  • Receiving customers complaints and try to handle as much as possible by coordination with showroom manager to achieve satisfaction.
  • Managing products delivery: Act as a liaison between customer, showroom representatives & warehouses to settle the suitable time for delivery.
  • Follow up with customers after the day of delivery that is done smoothly and consider any feedback.
  • After Sales Service: follow up with customers after one month of delivering to ensure and assess the satisfaction after products’ installations.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

  • Must have bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English language
  • Computer literate with knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Preferable familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
