Job Description
- Receiving customers incoming calls to manage customers inquiries (Working hours & showroom locations) and generate sales leads to the nearest showroom.
- Receiving customers complaints and try to handle as much as possible by coordination with showroom manager to achieve satisfaction.
- Managing products delivery: Act as a liaison between customer, showroom representatives & warehouses to settle the suitable time for delivery.
- Follow up with customers after the day of delivery that is done smoothly and consider any feedback.
- After Sales Service: follow up with customers after one month of delivering to ensure and assess the satisfaction after products’ installations.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements
- Must have bachelor degree
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English language
- Computer literate with knowledge of word, excel and PowerPoint applications
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Preferable familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
