Job Description
- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering technical sales support to help the company use our smart solutions to increase & develop our business as well as provide an excellent level of customer service.
- You will also engage in other technical resources in EMEA regional and World Wide Divisional resources
- Communicate with potential customers by phone & email, with solid writing & conversation, which require command of grammar, sentence structure, tone, and word choice capabilities.
- Coordinate with the company’s Technical Team with regard to replying to the technical questions received from potential customers.
- Provide written content for social media channels.
- Develop written content for marketing collateral, press releases, and other content in German.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop content.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- English language proficiency in spelling, grammar, speaking, writing, editing, and proofreading, along with an appealing personality & style that keep the text engaging.
- Deep understanding of customers’ needs, wants, demands and the methods of motivating them.
- Excellent communication skills.
Added-value Skills
- Ability to brainstorm for novel ideas, new approaches to familiar information, and innovative ways to interest customers.
- Advanced research, organizational, and learning skills.
- Good understanding of such software as Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
- Some experience in online marketing and sales lead generation.
