- Support ERP and other business applications end users to stream line the business processes, assist in business applications implementation and improvement.
- Act as a technical expert on Dynamics AX 2012 to cover the business requirements from technical perspective
- AX 2012 end user support and problem solving
- Analyze user requirements and provide solutions matching the best practice.
- Provide End user Training and training manuals
- Business applications enhancement and functionality utilization
- Writing functional and technical documents
- Provide needed support for other Business applications
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MCs, IT , MIS ,Software Engineering or related field
- 4 plus years of experience in FMCG within Dynamics AX environment
