Job Description
- Manage all the contractors, lead the meetings, controlling the schedule and the quality.
- Work closely with Engineering and Procurement team as needs to achieve the project target dates.
- Ensure implementation of the Project Procedures.
- Lead the project team, and manage and organize the sequence of work on site, from the commencement up to close out of the project.
- Control site staff man-hours and budgets.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and progress review meetings with the Contractors.
- Ensure the implementation of Safety rules
Job Requirements
- Fresh grad, 0-3 years of experience
- We need One Experience in the field of Petroleum (Worked in HVAC contracting in the Field of petroleum)
- Aware of the paper works, QC requirements etc..
- Gender Male
- Ready to work in different countries in Egypt according to Project place.
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (preferably Power specialization)
- Worked in the same field (Electro-mechanical contracting)
- Good English Skills
- Very Good Computer skills (E-mail & Microsoft office)
- Works in groups and under pressure.
- Very Good communication skills
- Have the basic HVAC design fundamentals.
- Worked in the same area of HVAC contracting
