Job Description
- Participate in implementing technical office policies and procedures.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ etc...)
- Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings (or composite drawing) based on project's design drawings inaccurate with quality standard.on.
- Coordinate with surveying engineer to provide him all the information about land coordinates and any site measurement required.
- Participate in solving/report any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
- The ability to prepare equipment submittals to meet the consultant specifications.
- Checking the Static and Hydraulic calculation
- Checking the Design capacity and make sure the load calculation is not according to design capacity
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Gender Male
- Anywhere near a metro station or near Dokki
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (preferably "Power" specialization)
- Worked in the same field (Electro-mechanical contracting)
- Good English Skills
- Very Good Computer skills (E-mail & Microsoft office)
- Works in groups and under pressure.
- Have a good understanding of the HVAC design. (V.imp.)
- Very Good at load, static and hydraulic calculation (V.imp.)
- Mastering AutoCad. (V.imp.)
- Mastering Primavera (V.imp.)
- Mastering Duct and pipe sizing(V.imp.)
