Job Description
Support in the NCF Maintenance process by:
- Understanding research objectives and design research strategies
- Manage and maintain already existing knowledge objects in the organization and extract information as and when required
- Developing new qualification packs (job profiles) and updating the existing ones.
- Write and edit materials for the update & maintenance of the ICT NCF on a need basis
- Makes comparative analysis between various sets of data and information available via secondary sources or collected using data collection techniques
- Requirements elicitation: Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
- Prepare relevant communication & coaching material for the Human Capital Development team for stakeholder engagement and NCF adoption activities
- Prepare necessary documentation, tools and resources (guidelines for training providers, gap analysis of course curriculum vis a vis ICT NCF, assessment guidelines) for the implementation of the assessment accreditation guidelines
- Provide project management support during the ICT NCF adoption phase and assist the HC Development Department team in executing work streams
- Stretch personal growth by keeping up with the industry trends and developing expertise on development & implementation of national skills frameworks
Research and Data Analytics:
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for obtaining data such as surveys, questionnaires, focus groups and opinion polls
- Collate data from multiple sources, research, analyze and interpret data and create research reports. Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
- Conduct secondary research and primary research surveys over the phone with various target population and engage with PRCs/industry experts to gather their inputs
- Presents research and analysis in a structured manner
- Analyze high-volume, high-dimensionality and high-volatility structured and/or unstructured data to obtain business insights and recommendations
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs and written reports
- Design and generate reports, data visualization and dashboards that that supports the target use case/metrics
- Present periodic/ad-hoc reports to the relevant business stakeholders
