Job Description
- Review the drawings and measurements received from the Engineering Department
- Ensure that the technical specifications of the terms of the contract follow the terms of implementation on site
- Assist in determining the actual project cost based on quantities and specifications
- Coordinate with the project’s consultants to receive all works from the contractor according to the specified technical specifications, upon completion of each stage under the supervision of the project manager.
- Review the technical specifications of the samples and catalogs submitted by the contractor & review the monthly invoices of the subcontractors.
- Submit monthly reports on work progress and what has been achieved according to specialization to Project Manager.
- Participate with the committee in the elementary receiving of the works implemented in the project & in delivering the project to the Operations Department according to the set schedule.
- Supervise and monitor the work team working on the project.
Job Requirements
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical & Civil)
- 6 years’ experience in the same filed
Knowledge and Functional Skills:
- Ability to supervise and follow-up.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Details oriented.
- Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge of the related health and safety procedures.
- Ability to use (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet, Auto CAD, MS projects).
