Job Description
- Compare a property with similar properties to determine its competitive market price.
- Advise clients on market conditions, market prices
- Visit and show several sites and explain features of homes
- Ensure properties are updated and correctly evaluated and ready for sale
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
- Achieving sales target and executing sales strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is A must .
- 1-3 years experience in sales field
- Experience in Real Estate field is a plus
- Applicant must have a car.
- Age 23 - 35
- Very Good command of English (oral & written).
- Good knowledge of Windows operating environment, Word, Excel.
