Job Description
Role of responsibilities :
- Preparing Project Master Baselines (Time, Resources, and Cost).
- Preparing Project Targets on Monthly & Weekly basis.
- Preparing monthly and weekly progress reports.
- Updating, monitoring & controlling site status as per schedule
- Creating revised baseline schedule with time extension claim.
- Coordinates project control and reporting activity with the management team to meet objective
- Overall study of the project and all its details and its own cost
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years' experience
- Landfill and earth works projects preferred .
- Have an experience in cost and time claims, Risk analysis.
- Ability to travel .
- High communication and presentation skills .
- Ability to plan, manage people, manage many of equipment in remote locations organize and communicate .
- Primavera
- Good user for Microsoft office bundle .
- Preparing reports and plans for all maintenance work.
- Work as a maintenance manager for a period of not less than 5 years.
- Age 25-30 years
