Job Description
- Conduct company investigations
- Issue licenses and authorization letters from the Industrial Development Authority and the Real Estate Registration Office
- Cooperate with Insurance Offices to reply to labor complaints
- Attend and follow up on labor, commercial and civil law suits
- Attend and follow up on misdemeanor cases in court
- Follow up on the implementation of verdicts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law
- 1-3 years of corporate experience as a preliminary lawyer
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Experience in dealing with the Industrial Development Authority, the Licensing Authority and Police Stations
- Defense experience in misdemeanors
- Experience in conducting company investigations
- Age- Maximum 29 years old
- Flexibility to travel within all Egypt governorates
