Job Description

  • Responsible for coordination between the financial department and other departments.
  • Open and distribute mail.
  • Provide essential support for the sales team,
  • Filing of all pertinent correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Type all correspondence pertaining to department.
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of the office.
  • Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and help to improve the productivity of sales field.
  • Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and prepare all papers and contracts to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals and distribute them between the departments.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Real Estate industry is a MUST.
  • 1-4 Years of experience.
  • Females preferred but not a must.
  • Good English
