Job Description
- Track incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Prepare reconciliation of sub-ledgers
- with general ledger & bank reconciliations.
- Prepare Patient detailed statistical reports covering Billing Status with the revenue
- Revise, analyze and audit reports submitted by the GSE department for all previous day sales.
- Prepare / Revise cost analysis of CPT codes
- Prepare, reconcile, and analyze accounting records (GVs, RVs, payment voucher receipt, sales, and purchase) to assess accuracy, completeness, and approval by the management.
- Revise and reconcile VAT calculation on monthly sales’ expenses and purchases and consequently prepare VAT debit or credit note
- Prepare month-end and year-end transactions for the closing process
- Prepare Monthly Trial Balance
- Participate in budget review, in year closure, and in new forecast processes
- Regularly Comply and be updated with local financial legal requirements and any new rules of the government by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- 3-7 years accounting experience
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
- Exposure to tools/applications is an added advantage
- Excellent MS Excel capabilities
- Males preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management
- Strong commercial acumen
- Good problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking
- Additional certification is an add-on.
