Job Description
- Contracting with all the subcontractor.
- Studying two or more offers according to the drawings , specs , side statues , quality and timing.
- Reviewing all invoices and variations orders for subcontractor and order after review all the purchase orders "National And International".
- Last but not least developing cost sheets and cost control
Job Requirements
- Microsoft office.
- Good command of English language.
- Familiar with Bill of quantities,Drawings,Specs and Time schedules.
- General knowledge about supervising all finished items at the site.
- Project Management.
- Experience with the legal regulations concerning contracting the subcontractors
