Job Description

  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Increase and manage sales pipeline.
  • Report on the status of accounts and sales pipeline.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or relevant field.
  • Excellent command of English language is a must.
  • 1 - 3 years of proven work experience as a OUTDOOR Sales account manager or OUTDOOR Sales account executive.
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
