Job Description
- Leading Outreach efforts for high school study-abroad students’ segments
- Recruit student to study abroad through Events/Exhibitions/outreach efforts
- Lead Community Outreach programs
- Organizing career counselling workshops and fairs for Students and Parents
- Conduct informative and professional presentations for the company universities portfolio
- Attend events as the Universities representative for Outreach Programs
- Manage the performance of students’ recruitment team with metrics
- Manage & follow-up the student admission process from initiation until departure
- Conduct presentations in events and school sessions
- Recommend events strategy and calendar of events to drive student attendance
- Identify the opportunities to increase the potential study abroad students pool
- Effectively conduct presentations to large groups of prospective students and parents
- Assist the high school students throughout the entire admission process
- Work with the Admissions manager to conceptualize and develop offerings aimed at serving the needs of the student community. Avenues for participation include - workshop's, special event's, committees, monthly newsletter, special trips, and social activities
- Explain the available university offerings for the target students
- Initiate and contribute with ideas on ways to maximize team output in all spheres related to student recruitment
- Support all on-going recruitment initiatives for undergraduate admissions
- The candidate is required to travel out of city as per calendar for mega-events that are planned in target cities as per the business plan
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, the management or any related field
- Fluent in English
- Presentable
- 0-3 year relevant working experience
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task,
- Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexible, proactive, detail-oriented and motivated
- Good presentation skills
