Job Description

  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations using:
  • Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
  • Oracle Reports
  • Oracle BI publisher

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • 2 years of EBS techno-functional experience in the area of Oracle HRMS E-business Suite.
  • Oracle e-Business Suite Application knowledge .
  • In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices, as well as solid knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting integration solutions using wide variety of data sources and targets.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in APIs, interfaces, data migrations.
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development.
  • Extensive techno-functional experience. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in completing at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects in HRMS Module.
