Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 2 years of EBS techno-functional experience in the area of Oracle HRMS E-business Suite.
- Oracle e-Business Suite Application knowledge .
- In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices, as well as solid knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology and solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing, implementing and troubleshooting integration solutions using wide variety of data sources and targets.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in APIs, interfaces, data migrations.
- Extensive experience in solution architecture and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development.
- Extensive techno-functional experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in completing at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects in HRMS Module.
