Job Description

Over all Job Scope

  • Responsible for managing the customs documentation of all store Items & goods.
  • Storekeeper are also in charge of communicating with all related departments, setting up shipment deliveries, maintaining stores records, and verifying that all products transactions comply with Warehousing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a very well-organized record for all the stores
  • Capable to work through the system
  • Able to deal with the computer
  • Capable to maintain the daily work with professionalism
  • Provide the different branches with their requirements from the stores
  • Check inventory records for accuracy
  • Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
  • Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
  • Find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business
  • Ensure the accuracy of the quantities, weights, measurements and types of all materials supplied and matching all this with the invoices issued and received.
  • Follow-up reports of receipt and examination.
  • Participate in the preparation of the plan to organize and store the supplied materials and record keeping and evidence that shows the places of preservation and places of their presence.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as Storekeeper.
  • University or Diploma Degree.
  • Familiar with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Skills in MS Office
  • from 2 to 3-year experience in the same position or related.
  • Preferred Accounting or Supply Chain background.
